Katherine de Boda
I’m Katherine, I empower women to build muscle and get strong.
I’ve had a movement practice my whole life dancing, practicing yoga and martial arts.
Katherine studied both classical and contemporary dance since childhood, attending The London Contemporary Dance School and Royal Ballet in London, England.
She has also studied yoga for over 30 years since the age of 9 and has trained in the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga lineages.
She currently teaches private in-home or onsite yoga classes in Scottsdale, Phoenix and Cave Creek, AZ. Inquire here.
She is a black belt martial artist in Kenjutsu (Japanese sword) and a brown belt in the Dynamic Combat self-defense system. She is also a contributing writer for Black Belt Magazine.
Katherine began her strength training journey 4 years ago when she noticed her body losing muscle mass despite being physically active with yoga and martial arts.
